Sadly felt rubbish again this morning, went back to bed, then to work, GoldenEye on the Wii (worst control system ever? Time to buy a controller…) Out for dinner with my wife.

Now have indigestion, which along with my condition (details of which in a blog soon I reckon) is bad.
